Highly motivated students
“Before graduation, it is the motivation that we look at in students who want to enroll with us”, says Rony Germon, chief executive of Kwark universities. The hiring test, aimed at scrutinizing the candidate’s personality and potential, is their main guide in the admission decision.
100% distance learning.
Registered at Kwark universities, your work-study students can attend all classes and work on their school projects from home. This allows you to hire employees who reside near your company, even if they are far from their school. Flexibility that removes barriers to hiring, especially in short-term professions!
For example, the school created a 100% digital internal CFA for Chausséa on a strategic sector for the brand: the profession of in-store sales consultant. Result: From August to December 2021, 100 young people, aged between 16 and 19, without a baccalaureate were recruited to obtain an RNCP baccalaureate degree. “All positions have been filled, even in remote areas, and we plan to recruit another 50 young people by the end of the year! “ Rony Germon rejoices.
An emphasis on soft skills
All Kwark University training courses include a module dedicated to soft skills that involve different qualities: learning to learn, managing with kindness, giving positive feedback, working on one’s assertiveness. “These are fundamental skills, with no expiration date, that will allow our work-study students to evolve later in their careers”, says Rony Germon.
Two other themes are common to all courses: the course of media literacyto learn how to detect fake news and be aware of cognitive biases in our reception of information, and the course on responsible digital.
A-to-z support for your hires
The school supports companies from the sourcing phase of their work-study students through a targeted omnichannel communication system (teaser, influencer, TV show, digital open day, job-dating in the metaverse). “We define with the companies the most suitable profile for them, we pass our candidate recruitment test, we debrief with the recruiters, we send them a first selection of profiles, then, once they have chosen their future collaborator, we take care of the part The work-study students then spend the first week with us, remotely or face to face, before taking their place in the company.says Rony Germon.
A training course with the colors of your company
Both through continuous training and through apprenticeships, the school can establish, in agreement with the company, dedicated classes. With a strong belief: to favor the learn by doing. “Work-study trainees are then offered company case studies, introductory and concluding videos produced by their sales manager, for example. The goal is to anchor this learning in our partner’s universe so that students are continuously immersed. in a working environment that is familiar to them. “
Returns throughout the year
Do your work-study recruiting needs cover the whole year? Do you have a peak of activity (sales, commercial operations, accounting closures, etc.)? Kwark universities can organize up to one hiring per month, except in July-August. “We advise our partners to count on a return every three months to anticipate their needs. ” Each promotion has 6 to 40 work-study students.
Four days out of five at work
The proposed work-study program, one day at school and four in the company, has been designed so that work-study students spend as much time as possible with their employer and can pursue long-term projects.
A flexible organization based on the best of technology
To offer high-level connected education, the school relies on the best of technology. “Students of the same class are in class one day a week: half a day is dedicated to synchronous virtual classes and another to individual work on asynchronous content and, possibly, case studies”explains Rony Germon.
The school also relies on the development of the metaverse, this immersive virtual world, to offer innovative teaching formats: “From September our partners will have the opportunity to open their campus in the metaverse: if you want to train 200 people during the year, you can open a campus in your colors, where students can follow the training path you have imagined!”
Regular monitoring throughout the work-study contract
Work-study students have a dedicated coach, from the beginning to the end of their year, a privileged interlocutor who can make himself easily available, because each coach accompanies a maximum of 50 students. On the corporate side, at the beginning of the contract, tutors and apprenticeship masters follow the training provided by the Kwark Universities which aims to clarify their responsibilities and provide them with support methods.
Each week, the tutor, the work-study student and the school are asked to fill out an electronic booklet so that everyone is informed of the student’s achievements and goals.
