In June 2022, the Board of Directors of HEXAOM decided to separate the functions of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer and to create the function of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

June 2022, the Group’s General Management is entrusted to Loïc Vandromme, with Éric Vandromme and Antoine Vandromme at his side, who have been appointed Deputy General Managers and maintain their functions as Regional Directors.

Following the renewal of his office as director by the Annual General Meeting, Patrick Vandromme is reconfirmed as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Philippe Vandromme remains a director. Both will thus continue to bring their expertise and experience to the Board of Directors and to the General Management.

Prepared for some time, this composition of the General Management guarantees the continuity of family and human governance and the sustainability of the Group’s performance, values ​​and ambitions.

We recall that Loïc Vandromme has held various positions within the Group since 2005: sales, marketing, digital, subsidiary operational management and member of the Management Committee. In 2018 he was appointed General Secretary together with the President and CEO, Patrick Vandromme. He has a perfect knowledge of the Group and the markets in which he operates.

Éric and Antoine Vandromme, appointed deputy managing directors, are also directors of the Occitania and Hauts-de-France regions respectively. Present within the Group since 2006 and 2010, they have full knowledge of the Group and a strong experience in their activities. With Loïc Vandromme they embody the values ​​and culture of the Group and represent the 5

generation to the governance of HEXAOM.

They have the support of the key employees of the Group with whom they have met since 2012 in the Management Committee, a committee that will continue to invest in the new General Management.
