WEDIA: Wedia confirms the acquisition of Tripnity, publisher of the “Iconosquare” SaaS service – 05/02/2022 at 08:30

The Wedia group announces the acquisition, on April 29, 2022, of 100% of the share capital of the company Tripnity.

The entity thus constituted brings together over 150 employees, has a turnover of 20 million euros (pro forma 2021) and an ARR (SaaS revenues) of over 12 million euros, of which 50% international.

Payment for the acquisition was made entirely in cash. Trinity will be consolidated by 1


May 2022.

Founded in 2005, Tripnity has become famous thanks to the success of its powerful analytics platform


, a digital communication management and planning tool for brands and agencies wishing to strengthen their presence on social networks. The first platform to integrate Tik Tok, such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, Tripnity currently employs nearly 50 people in France and Germany (including 25 in products, DevOps, data analysts, UX, etc.).
